Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Product Owner responsible for leading the development and continuous improvement of our test environment used for software and hardware quality assurance. Acts as the bridge between stakeholders and the development team, defining the product vision, managing the backlog with teams’ expertise, and prioritizing features to ensure the platform meets the evolving needs of testers and developers. Focused on delivering scalable, user-friendly, and efficient testing environment that supports automation, integration, and performance testing across the end-product life cycle.

The role can be located in Tampere or Espoo, Finland or Thalwil, Switzerland.

Your Responsibilities

Stakeholder management, including requirements collection, alignment, and planning
Taking ownership and driving development
Alignment with internal teams
Prioritizing and maintaining backlog
Creating, updating and communicating roadmaps
Jira administration

Your Skills and Experience

Clear communication and negotiation skills
Ability to create a vision and a break-down plan to achieve it
Ability to work in a team
Knowledge in testing
Knowledge in defining and ramping up tool chains for test and development
Knowledge in Jira, including administration
Autonomous and transparent coordination of cross-functional tasks and activities
Experience in testing techniques
Good English skills, oral and in writing
